  • Follow applicable ISO procedures and standard collectively meet sales, quality and environmental objectives.
  • Be responsible for all documentation received for sales processing.
  • Facilitate the sales / customer service team for the completion of sales related documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of all documentation.
  • Prepare and validate variations in contractual terms, changes / adjustments to quotations made vis-à-vis LPO / Work Order / Client Acceptance forms received from clients, etc.
  • Create new job advice, maintain job list and pass on completed job orders to Operations team for further action.
  • Manage database of clients, their jobs at various sites, contracts administered, validity of contracts, etc.
  • Responsible to maintain updated contracts of clients within the sales Department.
  • Make a weekly / monthly report of orders received / processed and pending for further expediting.
  • To prepare quotations and forward to prospects as per instructions from Sales Executive.
  • Follow up to the cost sheet and quote sent to the client.
  • Obtain necessary documents such as acceptance form, trade license, security deposit, etc. from clients to start / supply service.
  • Produce regular sales reports and analysis for internal sales meetings, group sales meeting and management meetings with necessary statistics.
  • Prepare necessary statistics / forecast for finance and operations team to plan resources required.
  • Assist the team in rate revisions, raising quotations as well as miscellaneous administrative tasks, etc.
  • Welcome new customer on board in a standardized way in person or on the telephone.
  • Register customer complaints in CSA adhering to CS processes.
  • Resolve all customer interaction within predefined turn-around time (TAT). Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved escalating issues if appropriate.
  • Understand the reason for customer intending to off hire.
  • Attending client’s complaints and maintaining records.
  • Maintain awareness of customers’ need and cultivate harmonious relationship with customers through constant interaction.
  • Attestation of all contracts with the Ministry of Justice.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
