The ideal candidate will assist the Chief Executive Officer in managing daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment.

In addition leading initiatives to generate and engage with business clients and partners to build new business for the company.

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills, business development mentality and project management methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Assist CEO in managing daily company operations to ensure positive, safe and profitable working environment.
  • High technical capacity to understand company business & solutions.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives & projects.
  • Implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals.
  • Meet and manage company partners and clients on behalf of the CEO as required.
  • Cooperating with the CEO and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
  • Coordinate with CEO in planning short and long term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve business target.
  • Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage direct reporting to CEO related to financial, business, and administration matters.
  • Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
  • Develop operational strategy and ensure that the operational activities meet the organizational requirements.
  • Addressing any arising issues & resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Delegate tasks and schedules for employees & departments
  • Assist in evaluating employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
  • Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
  • Ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in AGM role or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Fast learning ability combined with high self-motivation
  • High Attention to details, with high focused and goal-oriented mentality
  • Ability to identify risks and prevent them
  • Ability to lead the company to more innovative and creative environment
