  • Memorizenumber plate numbers of our VIP clients and also facial recognitionof our frequent guests to ensure they have personal and exclusiveservice
  • Working with the Doorman, BellCaptain and Bellmen to ensure that luggage is handled carefully,accurately and quickly
  • Stand in front of thehotel main entrance, obtain keys from drivers, and help with anyitems or luggage
  • Supervise the parking andretrieval of cars
