Ø Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Ø Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans. Ø Researching prospects and generating leads.

Ø Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by e-mail, and in person. Ø Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints.

Ø Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Ø Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Ø Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Ø Meeting the monthly sales targets. Ø Understand the needs of your business customers. Ø Research the market and related products.

Ø Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls, emails and meetings. Ø Act as a contract between a company and its existing and potential markets.

Ø Gather market and customer information. Ø Check the quantities of goods on display and in stock. Ø Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.

Ø Record sales and order information, entering figures into the company system. Ø Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Ø Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues. Ø Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

  • Ø Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications;

    Ø Prepare and present reports when needed. Ø Identify the most important sales KPIS. Ø Consult with the sales and marketing team to ensure efficiency.

    Ø Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Ø Set up meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close deals.

    Ø Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company. Ø Report to DM about goals, sales, and prospects. Ø Handle client complaints or concerns.

    Ø Research different sales options and analyze them. Ø Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information. Ø Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments.

    Ø Responsible for taking care of clients in a geographic region and being the person called with problems. Managing a specific sales territory.

    Ø Keep abreast of changes in the market that impact the target audience, must understand dips and rises in demand for client’s products and changes in the market that may hinder the sales.

    Should be aware of the strategies of competitors, both for their business and their client's businesses. Ø Submit the Daily Sales Report to the DM and Country Manager.

    Ø Respect and perform any task assigned by the manager not mentioned in the job description related to the sales process’ activities, contributing to improving the work.
