To provide safety andSecurity reporting and improvement of these safety and securitysystems. To implement Safety and Security improvement initiatives,to achieve set goals in Company HSEQ management system.
Monitor andmanaging contractor Activates to support the site / location-basedspecifically requirements Provide support for Incident Management -Emergency Response, Reporting, Classification, Investigation& Closeout Assurance.
Work with our internal and externalstakeholders and our contract partners to maintain an activecontractor safety forum. Will Lead the safety and security guards,for the whole Corporate tower, including QP offices.
Job DimensionsReporting directly to the GS Head of safety and security. Deputizethe Head and Security in Liaising and Coordinating With HSEQDepartment for Safety and Security aspects and requirements.
General Services Emergency management Team member. Supervise asecurity team of 28 guards during the three shifts. Safety TheSafety Officer is responsible for monitoring and assessinghazardous and unsafe situations.
Correct unsafe acts or conditionsthrough the regular line of authority. May exercise emergencyauthority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action isrequired.
The Safety Officer maintains awareness of current anddeveloping situations. Ensures there are safety messages in eachIncident Action Plan.
Participate in planning meetings to identifyany health and safety concerns inherent in the operations dailywork-plan. Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.
Verifies that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe foruse. Promotes safe practices at the job site. Enforces safetyguidelines.
Trains and carries out drills and exercises on how tomanage emergencies. Conducts investigations of all accidents andnear-misses.
Responds to employees' safety concerns. Stopany unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical informationto upper management.
Carry out PTW Monitoring and review. Monitorand update the safety e-observation system by providing statisticalupdates and follow up on closeout actions.
