Plan and execute service take on activities to ensure a smooth transition into Operations.
Priorities and coordinate work with Operations staff.
Manage Contracts and 3rd party vendors.
Manage client liaison during transition up to acceptance and sign off.
Assist with production of procedures and processes within Operations.
Chair & minute internal / external meetings as required.
Manage internal communication where necessary to ensure effective progress is being made.
Coordinate the 1st,2nd,3rd line support reports
Project coordination / management
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in IT or related field.
Minimum of 4+ years' experience of working in an IT support role or similar IT project.
Strong ability in project coordination
Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio products in production of departmental process & procedural documentation to defined standards.
Proven commercial awareness to include - business processes, business cases, and cost benefit analysis.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation either in a group setting, one on one, or over audio / video conference
