About Your Job : :
You will be responsible to assist the department in all administration queries, and act as a coordinator between all sections / departments of QAS to ensure the QMS is effectively working.
Checks and ensures that all QAS documentation & records are controlled and up-to-date. Ensures all procedures and procedural updates of QAS & Customer Airlines are disseminated to all QAS staff in a timely manner.
In this position you need to monitor the document control requirements on an on-going basis so as to make recommendations for any improvements in the system if necessary.
Act as an Internal Auditor, and assist External Auditors when required. Upload QAS Info page regularly and Coordinate with QR group, regulatory bodies and all the customer airlines (Passenger and Freighter) for their procedural updates.
Expedite the return of documents and approvals or comments within the required time period from internal and external parties to whom they have been issued or distributed.
Compose work instructions for relevant departments to ensure that those have been met IATA, Safety, Quality & Customer Airline set standards.
Assist Lead Quality Officer and Quality Officers in terms of establishing new procedures, Publishing Procedure Compliance Instructions (PCI), Temporary Operating Instructions (TOI) Compiling quality audit data in to reports, analyzing and precisely submitting to the management.
Ensure no duplication of Procedures / Work Instructions / Reports / Forms or Checklists through organization. Organize routine meetings with line managers to identify and rectify such issues.
Compile and submit Monthly Management KPI report. Keep a strong communication with QAS cargo Quality team and Update them with all the necessary changes to the QMS, QAS procedural Changes to ensure that their in line with QAS set Standards.
Conduct Spot checks, Compliance Checks to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, Safety, Quality and Customer airlines requirements.
Compose ISAGO Focus / Department newsletter. Daily routine activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, registering new documents, maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of Procedures, Forms, Charts, Quality Objectives etc.
Ensure the identification of hazards, reporting of occurrences and risks to ensure safety and security of the operations.
Assist in the response to any emergency or a major operational disruption affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries, including support of the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.

Scheduled meetings, arrange audit materials & training materials when required. Co-Ordinate / Liaise with Project Management Office, QAS System Support for any new projects that is implemented such as CDMS (centralized document management system),QAS Home-
Page re-structuring(MS Share-Point),IMS- (Material Request Flow) and actively participate all the meetings, workshops to represent QAS.
About You : :
To be considered in this role you must hold a Relevant Trade or Vocational qualification and have a minimum of 4 years of job-
related experience, preferably in Airline and regulatory agencies.
Strong English skills and knowledge of MS office are essential requirements of the job. You should be knowledgeable of quality assurance, methods and procedures.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, can work in shifts and under high pressure. As well as have an intense commitment to confidentiality.
