Appreciation of businesspractices in developing tenders and dealing with venders andsuppliers.
At least 12 years experience in anInformation Technology environment, 5 year experience in asupervisory position with extensive experience in Business Analysisand significant experience in systems development, programming andimplementation, preferably within a Human Resourceenvironment.
Proven ability to manage projectsand teams.
