DohaEducation : Bachelor in Commerce, major in Accounting is a must Advantage : MBA in Finance, CMA, CPM, ACCAExperience : 5-

10 years of commercial and technical tendering related experience from the reputable Facility Management company. Finance, accounting, admin experience with English Language proficiency.

Competent with traditional software programs (Oracle, SAP, ERP, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Advanced), motivated and capable to develop skills with new packages (CAFM, SharePoint, etc.

Responsibilities : Tendering - Preparing the Commercial and Technical proposals, Quotations, InvoicesThe Tender Assistant will support the receipt of tender documents from the client and upload to the team SharePointThe Tender Assistant will support the quality control of tender deliverables, ensuring spelling, grammar and format is of the right qualityThe Tender Assistant will work with new software packages to understand how they can improve the department's efficiency and modernize our tender deliverablesThe Tender Assistant will monitor client correspondence, tender bulletins and ensure they are correctly filed, distributed and responded to where necessaryThe tender Assistant will attend team meetings and support recording minutes and tracking of actionsThe tender Assistant will support with the development of tender deliverables, collating appendices, providing original content and ensure documents are thoroughly reviewed ahead of submissionThe Tender Assistant will support efficient and well-

  • prepared reviews, ensuring presentation material and documentation is ready in time and of a high standard for delivery to clients, Senior executives and partnersAnd any other administrative, procurement and facilities management coordinator related work as assigned by Operations DirectorInterfaces : Operations DirectorFunctional managersClient / Partners / coordinatorsAll functions and departments supporting the tender process (including;
  • MEP, Soft Services, Finance, Legal, Operations; HSEQ )The Tender preparation team (including Tender Department)Personality : Committed to a high standard of confidentiality and integrity;
