What You'll Do
The Digital Acceleration Lead will liaise with snr executives from Cisco’s key customers in the public and private sectors to identify digitization projects, advice on latest technology trends, formulate agreements, and successfully deliver agreed digitization projects.
In addition, the role is responsible to provide operational support to the CDA program at the country level. They report to the GM and support with financial and program management adhering to operational guidelines.
The CDA PM is responsible for delivering the CDA program in the country they are working in. They ensure adherence of the country’s program to the plan agreed between CDA’s Executive lead, Cisco’s CFO, and the country General Manager
Operational support (procurement, bookings reconciliation, accruals, success stories, etc.)
Reporting program spend and bookings
Maintaining documentation related to the CDA program and individual projects
Review and provide inputs to finalize the Project definition and business case (if required), resourcing plan, activity timelines and schedules, work breakdown, roles and responsibilities and financial framework as required, using Cisco templates and documents wherever relevant and available
Provide monitoring and program management support in order to deliver the key program achievements
Support and advice would be provided with an objective to successfully conduct CDA projects within timeline
Lead delivery of the CDA program in-country
Liaise with Cisco stakeholders and customers in the public and private sector sector in order to identify digitization initiatives and use cases to be tackled as part of the CDA program
design and lead discovery workshops aimed at prioritizing customer digital opportunities and challenges
Advice customers on latest digital technology trends to support in the selection of digital solutions
Conduct business development with key target stakeholders for the CDA program, in order to open doors for digitization projects.
Oversee execution of CDA projects and ensure successful completion of all program projects.
Liaise with internal cisco teams in order to ensure successful execution of CDA projects. E.g. Legal, Engineering, Services, Finance, BUs, and others.

Who You Are
Minimum 7 years of work experience in business Program / Project Management and Business / Technology Consulting.
Preferably, have experience in consulting experience supporting accounts for a fast growing, high technology company with a digital solutions background.
Strong experience and track record with solution selling of Business and IT solutions is helpful.
You are a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability.
Desired Attributes and Skills :
Strong presentation and communications skills as you are required to sell and engage at all levels of our clients organizations including at the Board Level
Analytical and flair for working with details as the role involve driving major opportunities in an ambitious environment that require preparations of internal justification and approval.
Open to live long learning and constantly challenge one’s assumptions and presumptions about things
Minimum Bachelor Degree with Honors in Technology, Engineering or any equivalent courses.
PMP or Six Sigma is ideal but not required
