Hemaya Security Services Company is a State owned in Qatar that has been established to undertake all security services & solutions in the State of Qatar.
We offer a full suite of security services and products including Guarding Services, Security Consultancy, Security Master Plans, Security Audit, Threat Risk Analysis, Security System Integration serving corporate institutions and government agencies.
Coordinate with the rest of Sections to ensure the Department’s procedures, processes and systems are strictly followed;
Manage the Mail Room for the Department;
Liaise with internal and external parties for the smooth functioning of the Department;
Processing of month-end closing;
Manage filing systems and filing of documents;
Support typing and presentation preparation requirements;
Responsible for office maintenance and upkeep by liaising with contractors and the General Services Department; and
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job holder should possess a diploma / certificate with excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Arabic.
Other related courses in Admin is an added advantage.
