About the role

We are hiring for your skills to focus on the people side of change and deliver impactful change solutions across HR Division and the Qatar Airways Group.

Work with HR Project Management Office and HR Management to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and proficiency with systems, processes and technology changes that impact employees.

The role will also support usual change efforts and initiatives across the group using proven change management strategies, tolls and templates.

Individual will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business process, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures

Other operational duties would include :

  • Work with HR project management office to identify scope, plan interventions, deploy, monitor and control the change management plan deliverables.
  • Apply change management principles, processes and tools to develop and implement Change Management strategy and programs for large projects in line with the Change Needs Analysis and identified requirements that maximize employee adoption.
  • Develop human-centred strategies for change that are agile, and ready for the digital world.

  • Conduct impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders and sponsors. Conduct Stakeholders interviews, analyse the results and define the action plan.
  • Deploy proven & customized change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications by creating custom communication plans to enable the business to build awareness and desire early in the project.
  • Adopt and Implement a wide variety of offline, high-touch and digital communication activities and tactics, such as town halls, leadership meetings, presentations, talking points, leadership messages, video content, web content, announcements, intranet content, and newsletters etc.
  • Work with business and project team to identify training strategy, courses, training efforts, training schedule and set up the coordination between business, IT and vendor teams

    About You

    We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR - Management Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
  • Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
  • Experience in project management and people management.
  • Change Communications experience, ideally in organisational, tech and / or process change.
  • Experience with managing business change in projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Clarizen)
  • Strong understanding and application of change management and project management principles. Demonstrable experience with cross functional business improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to plan and lead change
