Position PurposeAccountable for services such as cleaning, security and parking, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to utilization.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesEffective management of Project's infrastructure, space and assets to enhance its operational efficiency.

Overseeing the maintenance and renovation of project infrastructure, manage relationships with contractors, control space allocation and maintain facility project budgets.

Responsible for preparing Planned and Preventative Maintenance plans, Service Delivery and Planning Schedules,Setting frequency regime for the maintenance of all the assets and facilities at the site.

Proficient in developing standard forms and documentation necessary to cover and manage all aspects of the service requirements.

Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of project to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements.

Efficiently manage the cleaning, waste disposal, security and parking of each site, while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.

Proficient with Computer-aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software.Responsible for operating user access to manage the contracts and to update any schedules, work orders KPI’s, asset registers etc.

to ensure all the information is uploaded and updated in the CAFM system.Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility.

Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to devise and lead process improvement strategies.

Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.

ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management.Around 7 years of experience in Gulf in same field.KnowledgeMaintenance of Landscaping project.

Knowledge of preparing work orders, reports, Planned and Preventative Maintenance plans, Service Delivery and Planning Schedules.

SkillsExcellent communication skills are required (English).CAFM system or any other related software system.Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong inspecting and supervising skills.Attention to details.Excellent report writing skills.Business correspondence skillsStrong administrative capabilitiesJob Types : Full-time, ContractSalary : QAR0.
