JD : HR Recruitment Specialist Work Location : Qatar Candidate who are locally available in Qatar & Immediate Joining only can apply with jobs at b2c-solutions.

com We are looking for an Core HR in Recruitment with 3-7 years of experience Involved in the complete Recruitment Life-Cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources using Job portals, Social Media, Professional Networks Facebook, linked-in, Digital Job post etc.

  • Responsibilities Sourcing highly skilled resources from internal and external sources. Conduct preliminary interviews, evaluate, skills, knowledge and abilities to get qualifies professionals, diverse talent.
  • Sourcing, Screening, Interview (Tele-call / Preliminary Rounds), Line-up candidates for Client Interviews Telephone / Direct F2F interview.

    Once Selection / Offer Confirms by the Senior Management, you need to ensure that selected candidate accepts the Offers for Onboarding, documents to be collected from the selected candidates for onboarding process.

    End-to-end hiring process across assign roles, working closely with the superiors to innovatively identify, attract, assess and close candidates selections till onboarding process.

    Demonstration agility in transforming environment and team player with excellent communication skills, relationship building and zeal to learn.

    Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.Focused and committed toward the new source options and develop creative approaches to delivery candidates to the clients on time.

    Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for Existing & future open positions.

    Meet daily quotas related to the task given in daily basis and ability to meet quotas. Capable to close the positions on the Targeted dates.

    Should be able to work independently.

    Bachelor Degree in HRM with atleast 3-7 yrs Experience in HR RecruitmentExcellent written & spoken communication skills.

    Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Positive Attitude, influencing skills, High-energy and passion for people and performance.
