We offer competitive compensation and benefit packages.Job Purpose : The Manager Network Control is the liaison person for IOC and is responsible for the optimization of IOC operational effectiveness, ensuring continuous enhancement to ongoing processes and procedures.
The role is accountable to maintain working relationship with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication occurs so that operational problems are solved efficiently.
Accountabilities : StrategicEnsuring standardization of processes, clear accountability for tasks, enhanced transparency in the project lifecycle and overall smooth delivery of the project.
Collaborate with and maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure safe, economical and efficient operational program.
OperationalLiaise with Maintenance Planning to ensure the regular and ad-hoc maintenance fit into the operational program.
Liaise with Commercial Planning, both passenger and freighter, to manage and optimise use of aircraft wherever demand is expected.
Liaises with all stakeholders within and outside the IOC to develop, implement operational improvement solutions.Managing end-to-end ACMI project by liaising / coordinating in a timely fashion with CP and other stakeholders.
Seek feedback from internal stakeholders and analyse information to ensure the desired results are obtained from requested ground time and / or schedule change.
Prepare reports and make presentations to Senior Management for identified issues and strategies utilized to ensure non-recurrence of similar issue.
Ensure compliance with all applicable business and industry specific regulations, and legislative requirements, as prescribed in the IOC and Flight Operations Manual (Part A).
Identify trends of irregular flight operations and recommend processes improvements to ensure an efficient and effective operation.
Contribute effective strategies for IDPs with IOC Training and provide the training impact for courses delivered.Mentor, coach, develop and appraise IOC direct reports to maximise their potential.
Management & LeadershipEstablish the department or teams objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.
Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

Aviation, Management or relevant fields.Bachelor's degree in Aviation, statistics or management (preferred).Previous Experience : Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
