  • To ensure that the metrash report is updated every week by including all new joiners, re-joiners & leavers
  • To ensure bright system is up to date with the employees’ R.P expiration date, sponsor, passport issue & expiration date
  • Make follow up with accounts department regarding Woqood payment by the end of every month and make sure that the outdoor P.
  • R.O will submit the cheque on time.

  • Manage and follow up the entire external jobs of Public relations officer and keep updated task report with QIDs, Medical and all his related jobs
  • Proactively address employees' concerns and ensure resignations and terminations are managed with speed and accuracy
  • Ensure exit interviews are conducted for all staff leaving on time.
  • Provide management information reports which measure effectiveness of learning and development activities
  • Keep the HR policy & procedure up to date and keep the employees posted with any changes in
  • Make an induction for new joiners and give them copies from the employee handbook Consult with line managers on employee’s performance concerns
  • To ensure that all the letters are accurate before forwarding to the GHRM
  • To ensure timely for R.P renewal, R.P cancellation & exit permit
  • Keep assisting team if required necessary with counseling
  • To renew all companies legal documents on time in coordination with the P.R.Os (CR, Computer card..etc)
  • Ensure to arrange Hamad medical cards for all new joiners, monitor its expiration date and make sure that the indoor P.
  • R.O will renew all on time

    Requirement :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Supervisor
  • Bachelor’s degree Business management is preferred
  • Must be in Doha with transferable visa
  • Can join immediately
