Job Brief -Looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant / Guest Relation to perform a variety of administrative tasks, includes providing support to managers and team members, welcoming guests / visitors, clients and assisting in daily office needs.

Responsibilities -Answer and direct phone callsOrganize and schedule appointmentsPlan meetings and take detailed minutes if requestedResponsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistanceWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms,.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemUpdate and maintain office policies and proceduresOrder office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain contact listsBook travel arrangementsSubmit and reconcile expense reportsProvide general support to visitorsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsLiaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queriesAssist the team when neededWork in close coordination with the manager and get in touch with him whenever needed.
  • Requirements -Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machinesProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, .
