This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will lead the activities of the Facilities Management Department across CNA-Q Schools and Departments in the areas governing Facilities Management in order to provide support to all employees at the college.
The successful candidates should have an outstanding record of industry experience and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Section Head, Facilities.
The successful candidate will provide support with designing and implementing policies and processes in alignment with CNA-Q’s strategic direction, best practice and relevant laws and regulations applicable in the state of Qatar.
The successful candidate will maintain a professional working relationship with all stakeholders and collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure vendors and third-party providers adhere to service standards, quality, and contractual agreements.
The successful candidate will provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates to contribute to the development of employees and must have excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, delegation and communications skills as well as the ability to act as a mentor to team members.
