Summary

The Store Trainer will manage the training activities for their specifically assigned scope of work.

The primary training activities will include :

DELIVERY

oDeliver / Facilitate One-to-one, classroom, meeting, in store training

oAbility to adapt style and methodology to meet the audiences needs

oCreate a positive learning environment / culture

CONSULTANT

oBe the Training Expert and partner for the Store Manager and the Retail Area Manager

oProvide effective recommendations and solutions to meet Business Training needs

PERFORMANCE

oMonitor the Training KPIs according to the global frame work (NPS, Retention, Behaviours, ROTI)

oMonitor & Analyse Business KPIs in order to identify learning solutions to impact sales

COACHING

oStrong ability to identify and leverage coaching moments to change behaviors and improve performance

oAbility to adjust style and approach to coach at any level

SELLING EXPERTISE (experience in a selling environment)

oConfident and experienced at selling

oStrong ability to read customers and uncover needs

oAbility to transfer selling skills and techniques

oExperienced in product storytelling

CURIOSITY & DESIRE TO LEARN & GROW

oStrong desire to learn and to self-develop

oQuick to absorb and apply new information

oStays informed on learning and training trends

oProduct expert

oPassion for brands and storytelling

oAware of fashion industry trends

STAKEHOLDERS MANAGEMENT

oManage the relationships between the business owners and the Training team

oWork with the business owners to assess training needs and to define training priorities

COMMUNICATIONS

oBe the voice of the Retail Academy

oDevelop and execute communication strategies tied to the Business Training projects

oBe a Change Management leader for all Business Training processes and Retail evolution

oEnsure training content and delivery is meeting communicated expectations
