DohaWe are looking for contract AdministratorsJOB DESCRIPTION : Have through understanding on claims & drafting correspondences.
Develop and maintain templates for commonly used specifications, solicitations, and contract documents.Draft and edit policies, procedures, memorandum, and other written materials, as directed.
Regularly meet with essential staff to identify potential areas of specification or scope of work improvements.Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditionsProvide technical expertise to contractors in the development stages of their contracts.
Update specifications and terms for renewal or amended contracts.Review and comment on memorandum related to contracting issues.
Review specifications prepared in-house and by sub-contractor, consultants for consistency, clarity, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with current policies and procedures.
Research technical materials and products for scope of work drafting.Provide technical assistance and corrective action to under performing contractors as necessary.
Responsible for processing invoices, obtaining proper approvals, encumber funding, budget expenses, and project future expenses.
Perform other related duties and tasks as assignments.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree required.
Excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills required.Minimum 4 years of experience as Contracts Admin.
Must be able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment; able to multi-task and meet deadlines.Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking.
Experience culling and analyzing large amounts of data from numerous sources.Must be a team player and work well with others.
Ability to update and edit existing databases.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.Experience : Should Hold at least 4 to 5 years of experience in same field.
Preferred who are available in Qatar and can join immediately.Job Type : Full-time
