Our prestigious client who is a global leader in their field is looking to hire an experienced driven and proactive Office Administrator Manager who will join the team in startup stages overseeing all office administrative tasks and external correspondence Acting as the primary local interface for the company both internal and external your honed administration and organisational skills will be utilized to the fullest in this busy role ensuring the office runs smoothly and inline with international company policy These responsibilities include but are not limited to updating and maintaining compliance manuals coordinating and maintaining office registers maintaining Compliance Records and ensuring the office adheres to local statutory requirements You will also be responsible for the administration of the office budget and reporting support in all IT Communication matters and regional events inventory management office marketing collateral health insurance administration employee leave and other local personnel issues
