In this role, you will be responsible for managing content on the Qatar Airways operated social media channels. You will implement the Qatar Airways social media strategy, conduct competitor analysis and monitor all conversations on digital and social media platforms.
This role will also act as a coordinator with other internal departments to channel conversations from social media to the relevant business units and customer service channels for action and resolution.
Specific accountabilities include :
lapse videos and Instagram stories
To be effective in this role, you will need at least five years of relevant experience ideally combined with a bachelors level qualification.
You will need a strong background in social media campaign management and / or creative content production. It is essential that you are highly creative, flexible and willing to learn and experiment.
You should be effective in working within a structured corporate environment with the ability to contribute effectively in cross-
functional teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, including fluency in English.
You MUST be a fluent Russian Speaker / Writer to perform this particular role.
