  • Assuming initialownership for the coordination, investigation and documentation ofcustomer and system incidents
  • Performinginitial level of diagnosis of problems and incidents and resolvingthem when appropriate
  • Interpretingproblems or errors at a basic level and assessing the risk ofevents and escalating appropriately to protect clientservices
  • Ensuring proper documentation for all problems, incidentsand requests
  • Following up on incidents to ensure customersatisfaction
  • Monitoring issues until they are closed
  • Demonstrating agood understanding of the customer’s business needs andapplying them to the management of system events &incidents
  • Executing test plans or scripts
  • Developing andmaintaining an understanding of customer Service LevelAgreements
