Respond and attend to guestrepair requests. Communicate with guests / customers to resolvemaintenance issues.

Perform preventivemaintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment,including cleaning and lubrication.

Visuallyinspect tools, equipment, or machines.

Carryequipment (e.g., tools, radio). Identify, locate, and operate allshut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs forbuildings.
