Provide overall HR Operations andHR Program support to the team and organization.
Execute on both administrative and project-based workacross various HR Programs
Build and maintaina highly effective and collaborative partnership withcross-functional teams
Assist in the creation,implementation, and ongoing maintenance / updates of HR systems,policies, and procedures
Assist in creating,preparing, and analyzing surveys and reports (i.e. New HireSurveys, satisfaction surveys, etc.)
Partnerwith the Managers and Team Leads to facilitate the creation andimplementation of training and training materials for the FalconRide employees
Suggest new procedures andpolicies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR departmentand organization as a whole and to improve the employeeexperience
Design and implement an overallrecruiting strategy
Develop and update jobdescriptions and job specifications
Prepareand review compensation and benefits packages
Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicablelocal labor laws in Qatar, and update policies and / or procedures asrequired.
