Receptionist The Role we require anexperienced Receptionist for a prestigious global managementconsultancy client. This role will be based at their Doha office inQatar and will provide front office support to all visitors and thewider team daily.

The role of Receptionist will be the firstpoint of contact for all calls, emails and face to face visitors tothe office and it is therefore expected that you will haveexceptional communication skills in the English language, withArabic fluency also being advantageous.

You will provide all meetingroom bookings and organisation regarding catering and documentrequirements, arrangements of security and car parking passes andgeneral meeting room and reception area standards.

Additional taskswill also include management of all stationery and pantry suppliesto ensure business continuity and development of strongrelationships with all suppliers in this regard.

The Receptionistwill also provide support with the maintenance of office equipmentand liaison with the service providers when required.

Organisationof the daily post, courier collection and distribution of the dailynewsletter will also be the part of the Receptionists tasks.

Requirements In order to apply for this post, you are required tohave experience within a Receptionist role. You will be aprofessional individual, with a strong service focus to representour global client in the most appropriate manner.

Proactive andmotivated in your work you should be able to manage multipledeadlines in a calm and organized manner.It is also expected thatyou will have good levels of competency with all MS officeapplications.
