Identify all services required tokeep the Leased Real Estate portfolio in optimum working condition.This includes preparing preventive maintenance programs for all MEPplant and equipment, and ensuring that reactive maintenancerequirements are delivered as per Service Levels.
Ensure that planned maintenance works arecarried out in a timely manner thereby ensuring that an efficientpreventative maintenance regime is in place.
Employee shall assistmanagement in developing and adapting maintenance schedules asnecessary.
Work closely withcontractors and service providers ensuring that they deliver thecontracted services and generally manage the contractualrelationship at an operational level.
Execution of assigned tasks andresponsibilities for the Accommodation Operations sub-project. Thisposition will require the incumbent to work in a team and at timesmay require management of a small team along the project plans andtime lines.
To be proactive in theassurance and delivery of Facilities Services in the Real Estateportfolio in advance of and at the time of the Tournament.
Theprimary focus will be on the Real Estate portfolio but may alsoinclude elements related to other temporary solutions such as FanVillages or Floating Hotels.
Support the team to align, coordinate andintegrate accommodation operations at multiple sites in support ofFIFA World Cup
Ensure that allservices are delivered on-time, within scope and budgetguidance.
Implement thedepartment’s project plan and track progress
Report and escalate matters to management asneeded
Maintain good workingrelationships with all internal and external stakeholders
On a continual basis, raise awarenessof risks to minimise project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation
Support any tendersin respect to the provision of Accommodation along with anycontract awards
Perform any other duties assigned bythe supervisor directly related or relevant to the job
