As a TalentMobility Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the HumanCapital team to provide the best service to our customers bygathering, analyzing, realizing insights from the talent data, andsupporting the drive for pragmatic Talent Management processes toaddress business needs.
Additionally you may :
Manage resources and workflows across allbusiness lines
Is responsible for acting as the mainpoint of contact for the stakeholders to provide effective adviceand guidance on talent mobility related decisions;
Serves as the principal liaison to frontlineleaders for talent strategies, philosophies, and initiatives withinthe organization;
Contributes to the identification oftraining gaps and development of appropriate solutions for ourcustomers and aligns with overall Human Capital strategies andplans
Provide business / workforceintelligence and insights to support improvements on short / longterm talent strategies
Deliverdata-driven approach to tactical and operational issues identifiedwithin the organization
Develop talentplanning models and development tools in support of businessobjectives
Produce ad-hocreports / dashboard requirements for specific presentations, meetingsor projects
Share knowledge, technicalexpertise and train new analysts in a multi-culturalsetting
