The responsibilities include creating referralprograms, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.To be successful in this role, you should have an extensivebackground in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge oflabor legislation in Qatar.
Ultimately, you will grow within thedepartment to make strategic decisions for the company to hire,develop and retain qualified employees.
