Core responsibilities willinclude :

  • StudentAdvising / Consultation : Provide MSCF students and alumni individualassistance in defining career options, developing employmentskills, and job-search strategies.
  • Use industry insights to provideindividual and group career coaching.

  • CareerDevelopment Workshops / Events : Develop, coordinate, and facilitatetraining and skill development workshops to include resumepreparation, job-search strategies, interview skills, andexperiential learning preparation.
  • Plan and implement annual alumnimock interviews, alumni career panels, corporate presentations andon campus recruiting events and interviews.

  • Employer Development : Identify and engage with employersto expand internship and full-time employment opportunities for theprogram.
  • Assist in the development andmaintenance of an effective employer relationship program;participate in efforts with regional and national companies throughsite visits (travel), mail campaigns, and marketing;
  • update andrevise recruiter-focused materials annually.

  • Resource Development and Database Management : Coordinateresources in support of programming and student career developmentto support students in meeting the accelerated recruitingtimelines.
  • Handle career services job database to ensure effectivestudent and employer engagement.

  • Additional : Collaborate with MSCF and career services team to facilitatecommunication with external and internal partners.
  • Plan, implementand evaluate innovative programming as market trendschange.
