About the Role :
The roleis responsible to strategize and operationally enable the supportof all Business Customers services and change requests.
The role is also responsible to consistently meet& exceed Ooredoos Business Customers expectations asdefined in the customer contracts, SLAs and by the telecomsregulator, avoiding any financial penalties.
Therole involves a high level of operational efficiency and commitmentto maintain Ooredoos leadership status in the market.

About You : You should have at least- 10 years experience ina telecommunications environment of which 3 years managing aService Assurance team.
