Lead development of Digital AI and NLP services in line with Vodafone Qatar digital domain strategy and roadmap
Lead development activities and ensure implementation timelines are successfully achieved
Manage deployment and releases, including reviewing deployment guides and procedures
Adopt Agile and DevOps best practices and injecting them in the core of delivery DNA
Work with the Vodafone Group Digital & Performance Teams to enhance Digital Channels performance and drive standardisation.
Design solutions for various problem statements on Digital AI services and implement the solution.
Prepare roadmaps and platforms lifecycle as well as plan and execute necessary upgrades on time
Support test teams, and business product managers throughout testing phases of the releases.
Govern complete deployment cycle of a release by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance to Vodafone delivery and change management process.
Report & highlight to management team any risks or issues in design, build and testing execution.
Support operations team in analysing issues reported in live environment
Work in close coordination with Business, Finance and Technology peers to deliver projects on time.
Accountable for delivering Digital AI Services domain capacity plan with end-to-end ownership of the channel's performance.
