  • Oversee the entire Front Officeoperation to maintain high standards
  • Evaluatelevels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus oncontinuous improvement
  • Ensure regular and VIPGuests are recognised and that the Front Office department operateswith a sales attitude and promotes the hotel brand'sloyalty scheme
  • Maximise room occupancy at bestrates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services andfacilities
  • Set departmental objectives, workschedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of theFront Office Team Members with an emphasis on training andteamwork
  • Ensure Team Members have currentknowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, aswell as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trainedto learn and understand policies and practices
  • Maintain good communication and working relationshipswith all hotel departments
  • Monitor staffinglevels to meet cover business demands
  • Conductmonthly communication meetings and produce minutes
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance withcompany policies and procedures
  • Recruit,manage, train and develop the Front Office team
