  • Broad and extensive knowledge ofdesign standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteriarelated to major Subsea pipelines fabrication, transport,installation, brownfield execution and HUC, together with EPCcontract management and knowledge of offshore facilities andstructures design, construction and operations.. Key JobAccountabilities
  • Ensure delivery of EPC-Offshore Projectscope (CAT1 Mega Project) in accordance with agreed schedule andbudget, while maintaining close liaison with Project ManagementTeam (PMT) and alignment on project execution plans, needs,objectives, and requirements.
  • Uphold and own safetyperformance of all construction and execution activities throughoutproject duration, inspiring safety commitment in employee andcontractor teams through demonstrable safety leadership andcompliance with all safety, health and environmental procedures andpolicies in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Direct work in full compliance with Standards ofbusiness Conduct and Project Management System and assesscontractor capability to fulfill requirements, ensuring PMT orother technical support is available to address gaps.
  • Manage the execution schedule and critical milestones, effectivelynegotiating changes to scope, developing recovery / contingencyplans, to address any delay ensuring execution timing of theworkscope is in accordance with approved project schedule.
  • Provideexecution data (narrative, charts, graphs, etc.) for the monthlyprogress reporting and stewardship in respect to the delivery ofconstruction activities.

  • Manage the delivery ofbrownfield scope to ensure impact on Operations is minimised andtiming of the workscope is in accordance with the approved projectexecution schedule and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain close liaison with appropriate members of theProject Management Team (PMT) and responsibility for maintainingalignment with PMT and Operations on project execution plans,needs, objectives and requirements.
  • Develop effectiverelationships with contractors, stakeholders and customers ensuringalignment on project delivery including interface agreements andexecution plans.
  • Own the Management of Change (MOC)process for all aspects of the project execution withresponsibility for encompassing previous lessons learned, capturingand communicating new lessons learned.
  • Cooperate withreview teams and support post-audit activities with respect tocontract administration and subcontracting process improvements.
