Prepare technicalpresentations that explain products and services of the company tocustomers or prospect clients.
Establish new accounts and service accounts byidentifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales callschedule.
Schedule not less than15 meetings with prospects weekly.
Update the CRM with the activity, including quotationstatus to generate realistic pipelines and sales forecasts.
Provide market and customer feedback to theBusiness Development Manager.
Build and maintaining effective customerrelationships.
Work closely withthe Design Engineers to fulfill customer / client’srequirements.
Discuss costingwith estimation team, submit quotes and pricing in lieu with thereceived customer inquiries on time.
Determine improvements by analyzing equipment or servicesoffered and propose changes in equipment, processes, or use ofmaterials or services.
Anticipate the customer / clients’ needs andprovide appropriate solutions or recommendations the meet theirrequirements.
Or demonstrate proposed cost reductions.
Stay abreast of the market conditions andtrends in the field pertinent to WT services and products.
Identify new products / services thatmay be of value to add to the company product range based on thefeedback from customers and competitors.
Coordinate with the credit control team and follow up onCredit Facility application for newly acquiredcustomers / clients.
Support theaccounts team to ensure that receivables are collected on time andat best communication practice as possible.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge byattending educational workshops; review professional publications;establish personal networks;
participate in professionalsocieties.
