E-Channels Manager, Qatar

Job Description

Our client, a leading Middle East based bank is looking for an e-Channels Manager to join its dynamic team in Qatar.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop innovative ways optimize customer usage and revenue generation in e-channels.
  • Manage the website and internet banking and ensure that website is consistently updated.
  • Enhance usage of e-channels as a transaction channel and migrating bank customers to these channels.
  • Keep track of new product launches and information and ensure all channel information is kept up to date.
  • Implement an e-channel management strategy for maximizing returns through lower cost of procuring new customers.
  • Requirements :

  • University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
  • At least 6-8 years e-channel experience in a bank in the GCC. Experience in senior technology roles will be an added advantage.
