  • Evaluate and facilitate approvalon all purchase orders and coordinate with assistants and buyers toensure accuracy of all deliveries.
  • Monitor andevaluate all purchase order claims and ensure compliance to allcompany regulations.
  • Design all purchasingcontracts and associate procedures and policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal productquality and recommend improvements to all pricing.
  • Oversee all supply contracts and design required policiesand supplies.
  • Design specifications for allservices and equipments and recommend appropriate substitutes forsupplies.
  • Participate in all productdevelopment meeting to prepare schedule for all products andanalyze all procurement requirements.
  • Analyzeall future requirements for projects and design all order productsto ensure achievement of all sales objectives.
  • Review all purchase specifications and issue appropriatebids to all suppliers.
  • Organize andparticipate in various meetings and prepare required reports toidentify appropriate purchasing requirements and deign an efficientbusiness plan to achieve all objectives.
