As Marketing Executive you will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea.
The role will also involve planning, advertising, event organization, product development and distribution.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
Strategic planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to help achieve business objectives.
Managing agency suppliers including media, digital and creative to ensure they deliver high quality work and remain motivated.
Monitoring advertising activities and analyzing results using service software and internal reports.
Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVD etc.
Develop, execute and oversee advertising, visual animations, marketing promotions such as Above the Line media (print, special operations, radio, online etc.
as well as Below the Line media (brochures, postcard, mall podiums and exposures)
Writing and proofreading copies, liaising with designers and printers, organising photo shoots.
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials, maintaining and updating customer databases.
Communicating marketing campaigns to internal departments and acting as marketing point of liaison for business wide projects.
Managing budgets and evaluating marketing campaigns.
Conducting regular audits of marketing activity to ensure appropriate return on investment
Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
Ensuring company brand guideline is applied to all content marketing’s touch-point
Bachelors or Master in Business Administration, Mass Communications, PR or other related field.
Atleast 2 years of retail marketing experience in the development and delivery of a wide range marketing activities with a good knowledge of print and publication creation.
Experience in the implementation of marketing, sales and communication strategies
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Pixlr, Visualize, Inkscape etc
Knowledge in Content development, Web and Graphic design is desirable, but not mandatory
Should be a highly creative and motivated individual
Highly developed interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent command over English language, Arabic will be an added advantage
