DohaFull-time, ContractProvide leadership, direction and partner with cross functional teams on all areas pertinent to the Anisa Brand.

Working closely with Founder and CEO, to be responsible for the e-commerce business strategy, revenue, P&L management, forecasts and overall performance of the Anisa Brand.

Provide on-going strategic insights and thought leadership on industry, customer, shopper and marketplace trends to support strategy.

Generate timelines, revenue targets, and customer conversion rates on e-commerce site; work with internal / external cross-functional partners and resources to successfully manage and execute against those objectives.

Build product assortment to address D2C channel needs, oversee SKU development and management.Partner with marketing team to ensure brand strategy and DNA is reflected in marketing content and overall customer experience (initial outreach, website experience, customer service, etc.

Devise and implement pricing strategies, promotional calendar and advertising strategies to drive traffic that result in increased sales.

  • Analyze, synthesize and report on data and sales analytics to inform strategy; analyze sales trends and evaluate inventory levels for recommendations on assortment, bundling, pricing adjustment as well as ensuring adequate stock;
  • manage reorders.Recommend site updates derived from site analytical insights, brand marketing initiatives and e-commerce specific drivers.

    Identify and recommend new business opportunities to drive growth (e.g. strategic brand partnerships).Manage selection, negotiation and relationships with digital agencies and external third parties and ensure utilization of best in class agencies and technology solutions to maximize performance.

    Implement strategies to ensure consumer engagement, product reviews and customer feedback and report on success metrics. Manage customer outreach, follow-up and ensure customer reviews / ratings are managed successfully.

    Work with functional areas on product quality issues and customer service needs.Work in partnership with Founder and CEO to build a feedback cadence on D2C brand performance and analytics that create value and provide insights for our B2B product and customer strategies.
