DohaJob details1. Handle overseas purchasing process, import- export process, and related documentation.2. Follow up the status of orders with the suppliers to ensure timely delivery, expedite for delivery and communicate status with internal stakeholders.
3. Communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders and local customs cleaning agents for all business relevant matters.
4. Propose new international suppliers, handle price negotiations, overseas purchasing process, and delivery planning to meet user requirements.
5. Assist Procurement Manager in cost down negotiation involvement.6. Provide reports and evaluate suppliers’ performance.
7. Coordinate with related departments to smoothly operate.Abide by all group policies and procedures.
