The LodgingManager (LM) is responsible for the overall management and operation of theLodging Front Desk and Linen Exchange.
Services include 24 / 7 lodging front deskoperations, room accountability inspections, newspaper delivery and linenexchange The LM reports to the Site Manager and may supervise the followingposition(s) : Lead Recreation Specialists,Recreation Specialists and Linen Exchange Clerks.
MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :
1.Responsible for the management, execution, andpersonnel supervision of Lodging Front Desk Operations and Linen Exchange.
2.Responsible for communicating and upholding companystandards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, safe, friendlyand efficient facilities.
3.Prepares reports, enforces safety and performancestandards.
4.Responsible for the maintenance and condition of equipmentand facilities. Ensure life expectancies for equipment items are documented indetail (5-year plan) and plan for replacements well before equipment isexhausted to minimize interruption of service.
5.Shall be responsible for newspaper delivery inaccordance with the performance work statement.
6.Shall establish and maintain appropriate inventorylevels and prepare necessary documentation for purchase requests.
7.Shall answer customer feedback in various forms andaddress comments in a timely, professional manner.
8.Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean,sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutterand trash in all working facilities and areas.
9.Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive,flexible, and properly documented training program.
10.Responsiblefor proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractorprovided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment andtools).
11.Shallperform as supplemental personnel as needed for all Installation Servicefunctional areas.
12.Responsiblefor precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accuratecompletion of timesheet.
13.Shallperform as supplemental personnel as needed for all Installation Servicefunctional areas.
14.Performsother duties as assigned.
MATERIAL & EQUIPMENTDIRECTLY USED :
This role routinely uses standard office equipmentsuch as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Lodgingdatabase software, hand tools and cleaning supplies.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT :
Work will be primarily indoors. However, exposureto heat, cold, dust, noise, and chemicals may occur. Overtime and shift workmay be required depending on contractual needs.
Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations andpublished Company work rules as well as written instructions.
Task specificwork environment training will be provided as required . Must be prepared to function in a wartime environment to supportU.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :
Physical requirements may include lifting up to 35lbs,team lifting 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, and standing, stooping,stretching or bending.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.
Must have a High school diploma or equivalent,Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Must havevalid Passport and Driver’s License.
Must have an international driver's license andcapability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver’s license and capable ofdriving a manual transmission, CDLA and Forklift driving experience preferred.
Musthave and maintain a valid SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior todeployment.
Mustbe able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
Mustbe able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements thatinclude psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.
Candidates must successfully complete both onlineand hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear)defensetraining.
Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD providedprotective gear.
A minimum of five years of related experience with operationsand supervisory experience. Management experience to include : performancemanagement of employees, completed required reports, and excellent customersatisfaction results.
Great communication, teamwork, decision making, andcustomer service skills.
Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such asExcel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Ableand willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements
Military experience in a contingency environmentand knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
HospitalityClearance Level required at Start Date : Secret
