Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities :

Abstract and enter leases, amendments and other documents into electronic administration database

Prepare lease renewals, delivery of possession letters, and other documentation

Prepare and execute application / lease documents

Set-up, maintain and is responsible for the data integrity of all physical and electronic lease files

Data Audits on co-tenancy, key dates, rent terms, etc.

Responsible for Key Date Tracking - Expiration, Renewals, Openings & Closings

Manage Executive approvals to execute lease

Manage deadlines and landlord expectations

Liaise with tenant relations executives over tenant related issues

Liaise with legal, maintenance, and management departments as needed

Perform other admin tasks such as processing expenses, gathering data, printing documents and scheduling meetings

Liaise with the CRM·team to ensure efficient customer reporting and proactive problem solving

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree or diploma is desirable

2+ years of relevant work experience. 10+ years total experience.

Knowledge of Qatar / GCC real estate market dynamics and regulatory environment

Experience with local and international clients

Awareness of Master Community Management, Facility Management and

Owners' Association Management Services including operating model and key success factors

Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred

Ability to collaborate and work well with a wide range of stakeholders

Attention to detail and proactive approach to work

Strong customer service orientation

Good communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and Arabic

Ability to work with minimal supervision
