Minimum 3-4years of experience in sales and handling cash, credit cards transactions etc. Candidate must be proficient in use of computers, POS etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and increase sales of Telephone cards, Mobile Hala cards, sim through counter sales.
Implementation of promotional programs / activities to boost sales and achieve set sales target.
Address customer / dealer complaints and find solution in consultation with the Manager In-charge or superior.
Maintain existing dealers by providing necessary service and support.
Be punctual at work and report to designated Manager for the works done, orders obtained, market feedback etc.
Take orders by referring to price lists, promotional offers and product literature.
Keep the Superiors informed by submitting activity reports, such as daily call reports, display reports, weekly work plans.
Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Make relentless efforts to achieve set targets in terms of sales and collection.
Inventory Control of processed applications.
Tracking discounts against showroom sales as well as Wholesale.
Implement weekend sales & festive sales.
Responsible for providing professional customer service on the sales counter and achieve maximum sales.
Ensure proper display of products at all times.
Have active interaction with customers at all times and generation of key customer list.
Manage, mentor support staff at designated outlets and maintain an effective relation with concerned managers.
Be disciplined and punctual in work and listen to instructions from RSM / Sr. Sales Executive.
Make sure the display is clean and visible with best possible shelving.
Ensure price tags and product descriptions are correct.
Maintenance of POP materials.
Provide proper feedbacks to the superiors.
Daily report on sales & comparison on the total sale at the designated outlet.
Maintain adequate stock level at all times.
Participation in stock audits.
