Promote and sells Doha Bank Products and services.
Key roles and responsibilities include :
Responsible for selling new and existing products for existing and potential customers.
Follow up the customers issues and keep them on the maximum level of satisfaction.
Consult with customers to maximize bank return.
Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as requested.
Provide feedback to the rest of the sales team on how to better satisfy client needs.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and, employees.
Consult with clients on their marketing needs and creatively design solution packages to meet customer satisfaction.
Ensure delivering superior customer service , by providing personalize service.
Technical Competencies required
High School / University Degree.
Good English communication skills, Arabic is a distinct advantage.
Adequate skills in computers.
Previous Banking Sales experience.
