FACIL, ENGG & CONSTRN (IDD EL-SHARGI)
Primary purpose of job
Accountable for managing the engineering team in house, to support all the infrastructure development projects and operations support activities for the Idd El-Shargi Asset Organization (IS).
Key accountabilities include directing and coordinating internal discipline resources to support the ongoing activities to ensure Technical integrity is maintained at a high standard aligned with OI requirements.
Experience & Skills
1. Membership of professional organisation preferred. 2 Minimum of 15 years O&G industry experience. 3 Experience in all aspects of discipline working as Client, Consultant and Contractor both onshore and offshore.
4 Recognized expertise and leadership in discipline engineering and project management. 5 Experience in preparation of written Scopes of Work, Statement of Requirements.
6 Experience in contract development, negotiation, execution and dispute resolution. 7 Experience in operational troubleshooting, process risk management and construction & commissioning methods.
8 Ability to effectively communicate Idd El Shargi vision, strategies and programs to OOGC management, Idd El Shargi employees, QP counterparts and other stake holders.
9 Leadership and interpersonal skills to direct program, motivate personnel at all organizational levels, mentor and build teamwork and action around common goals.
10 Working knowledge of company business processes and regulatory requirements. 11. Managing and measuring work through the use of appropriate metrics and key performance indicators
BSc. or higher degree in engineering.
