Our client is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Agent in retail Recovery to be responsible for managing the total MI requirements for Retail Collections & Recoveries, highlight adverse trends on portfolio, manage any Adhoc requests from Senior Management.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a background in banking and Credit and Collection related experience.
Quality Assurance Agent Responsibilities : Preparation of monthly provsion / write offf and reversal packEnsure that the retail / enterprise provisons are up to date Co-
ordination with QCB Unit and operations Unit for provision matters Verifying agency invoices and preparing vouchers for Management approvalPreparing debit tickets for Credit Card post verification Managing Account hold activitiesVerifying the balance of suspenses account and preparing the detailed report for finance Maintaning the MIS reports & relevant filesPreparation of perfomance pack on monthly basis Allocation of accounts on monthly basis for collections.
