Service delivery : Performingmedium to complex service tasks for 800XA based Power ManagementSystem like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades andretrofits, repair independently, identifying technical problems andmakes analysis through remote or on-site activity in differentservice categories for onshore and offshore sites(installation andcommissioning, maintenance, extensions, replacements, upgrades andretrofit, end of life service, etc).
Customer approach : Ensuring customer satisfaction by executingservice work according to customer order and expectation.
Creatingand maintaining a good relationship with customers and understandstheir needs. Identifying new sales opportunities and takinginitiative to convincing the client for completing the serviceportfolio.
Materials and supply : Coordinating, preparing and ensuring that all materials, parts andequipment are available at the appropriate quality for serviceactivities.
Preparing standard lists for ease of work.
Documentation and reports : Preparing all documents andreports to be signed by the customer representative. Reporting workdone in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
Troubleshooting : Identifying potential equipmentfailures and taking proactive corrective actions. Troubleshootingcomplex equipment failure and making recommendations to avoidrepeating the problem in the future.
