academic, temporary employees and volunteers.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinates full recruitment and selection activities, including participating in interviewing and selection process as necessary.
Responsible for processing of hiring authorizations; job advertising; sourcing and screening of resumes.Serves as liaison with recruitment agencies world-
wide as required; and responsible for communications and interview scheduling with candidates, hiring managers and other internal parties.
Assists with posting requisitions on job boards, and qualifying candidates for needed skill set / competencies, cultural fit, skill set, availability, interest level.
Responsible for coordinating all logistics for visiting international candidates. Prepares and communicates interview schedule and full visit itinerary for candidates.
Provides cover for other members of the team as required.Coordinates the candidate pre-boarding and onboarding experience, assuring timely scheduling and completion.
Completes references check and ensures post offer background checks, and credentialing are complete.Triages, responds, addresses, and resolves inquiries from managers, candidates, or new hires.
Elevates as necessary.Prepares the orientation welcome packs and conducts the orientation sessions for all new employees.
Provides support to the Mobilization team in relation to all mobilization and business travel / education leave processes.
maintains confidential Human Resource records and information.Assists the managers / recruiters in identifying both traditional and creative methods to source hard to find, high quality candidates for client's needs, liaises with Finance as required to create new advertising accounts etc.
Raises shopping carts, reviews and coordinates payment of invoices and reimbursement of work-related expenses in accordance with financial policies / procedures.
Records expenses and ensures closing of POs.Responsible for volunteer life cycle and maintain records as appropriate.Performs other duties as assigned.
EducationBachelor's DegreeExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment is essential, with at least 2 years’ experience in recruitment and / or onboarding function.
Recruitment experience either with Agency or internal recruitment is desired but not essentialExperience of direct sourcing is desirable.
Experience of navigating recruitment systems and portals is highly beneficial.Knowledge of current employment legislation around fair and efficient recruitment and selection advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.Proven track record in an administrative role.
Ability to multi-task and work in an agile and flexible manner.Experience working in a fast paced environment.Strong MS Excel / Office skills is required.
