Retail Customer Service Executive JobDescription : Retail Customer Service ExecutiveJob SummaryOur Client express shipping company is looking for Retail CustomerService Executive. Responsibilities :

  • Attend to all walkin customers’ needs promptly
  • Serve Walk-incustomers and provide full information and advice.
  • Manage and meet customer expectations
  • Sustain highcustomer satisfactory service level
  • Provide excellentcustomer service for cash clients as per client standards
  • Sell cash shipments.
  • Attending to cashcustomers and fulfill their requirements, solve their problems,follow up their cases and update them.
  • To contact fourcash customers per day (leakage or none-active customers).
  • Promote client campaigns for customers
  • Ensureoutlet customer satisfaction at all times
  • Handlerelevant GCS cases, follow up and close all requests.
  • Handle SRN for outbound team.
  • Handle all passports casesby cash team and other teams.
  • Handle all cash customersrequesting various client products
  • Process and preparecash shipments for shipping
  • Handle all outstandingreports and close the related cases on daily basis.
  • Close pending cases on a timely manner.
  • Pass the outletcustomer service audits.
  • Adhere to company HSSE,compliance and sustainability corporate policies.
  • Ensuretimely resolution of customer complains to retain customers
  • Ensure using the up to date cash rates.
  • Contribute to meeting the annual / quarterly cashtargets.Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree Holder(Business Administration or Equivalent )
  • Fluent English& Arabic Language
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving Skills
  • Eager toLearn
  • Team Player
  • Customer Oriented
  • 4+ Years Experience in Customer ServiceRole
