DohaAbout your job : You will be responsible for management and delivering of integrated FM services for the airports facilities and infrastructure including Cargo, Catering, Central Utility Plants, Landside and Airside Roads and Grounds, DIA, Motor Transport and Airfield.

You will ensure all facilities are capable of serving their intended functions and provide a safe, clean, effective environment meeting tenants, occupiers, end users and customer requirements.

Midfield : You will be responsible for management and delivering of integrated FM services for the airports Midfield Facilities including Aircraft Maintenance Hangers, Warehouses and Workshops, Airline Operations Center, General Aviation and Specialized handling system.

You will ensure all facilities are capable of serving their intended functions and provide a safe, clean, effective environment meeting tenants, occupiers, end users and customer requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES : Creates short, medium and long term asset care budgets to maintain regulatory compliance and in alignment with the Mission.

Develops Safety Management programmes for the FM section to reduce business risk.Develops Continuous Performance Improvement frameworks to exceed the FM contract outputs.

Leads the development of Asset Management strategic objectives within the outsourced FM Community to align with ISO 55001.

Establish performance targets and KPls and monitor execution against the same.Manage all engineering services required for operation and maintenance of all airport infrastructure / Midfield facilities and systems, including civil, electrical, electronics, HVAC, mechanical and projects.

Responsible for engineering functions delivering planned and corrective maintenance services.Oversee development of engineering capital budgets and operation and maintenance budgets for each system and facility within HIA facility management responsibility.

Ensure that project and maintenance interfaces are seamless to deliver assets that are fit for purpose.About You : Qualifications : Essential : Relevant College or University qualification to min.

Bachelor's level or equivalentPrevious Experience : Essential : Executive Management - minimum 10 years of job-related experience required.

Well verse and have both theoretical and practical experience in the maintenance and repairs of MEBF assets and control centers.

Must have practical experience in the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and Building Management Systems experience.
